Step:

  6. 2 tbsp Olive oil
  7. 1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
  8. 10 leaves Basil (minced)
  9. 1 tbsp White wine (if available)
  10. 50 ml Heavy cream (or milk)
  11. 1 dash Salt and pepper
