Start to dry out the shirataki noodles in a frying pan. Stir fry until you can no longer hear a popping noise. This will make the moisture evaporate thoroughly.
Finely chop the shirataki noodles. If you chop them up until they have the consistency of rice, when you put them in the rice, you won't be able to tell the difference!
Now back to cooking as usual. Fill a rice cooker with washed rice to the second line and then add in the shirataki. Once it's reached your desired firmness, add in water until it's ready.
Seat the rice cooker to cook the rice and once it's done, you can serve it up! It's shiny and chewy texture is wonderful!
