How to Make It

1. Step
Firstly, combine the wheat dough by takingΒ  wheat flour, oil, salt, enough water and knead
2. Step
Divide the dough into 5 equal portions,make a ball,brush oil. further, roll a ball in a circle of about 2 inches in diameter
3. Step
Heat oil in a big pan, and fry both sides until light brown
4. Step
Repeat the same process with the remaining dough to more puri
5. Step
Serve with any sabzi and with chana

  • 200 gm wheat flour(Aata)
  • 100 gm water for knead
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • For fry
  • 100 gm wheat flour
  • Oil for deep frying
